Flow 1-10p
Flow refers to the performer’s ability to create a seamless and effortless performance both on the pole and/or on the floor.
How did your routine link together, was it a flow throughout the performance?
Does one movement transit seamlessly into the next and were every movement executed smoothly?
Artistry 1-10p
This criterion evaluates your ability to influence the audience and interact with them through facial expressions, gestures, body language, energy and confidence.
Play and flirt with the audience, show them your most charismatic side.
Your emotional impact with the viewer is of importance in this criterion as is your stage presence.
Further, does your costume, makeup and hairstyle match your routine’s theme, is it well fitted?
In other words; the correspondence of your stage image to the idea and mood of the routine.
This criterion also incorporates your routine’s originality; is it innovative and out of the box? Will the audience remember your routine?
Confidence: do you believe in yourself and in your routine?

Technique 1-10p
The level of dance technique of the performer - posture and body lines, flexibility, amplitude, body and arm positioning, musicality of performance, mastery of the technique of isolation, speed control etc.
This criterion also evaluates your level of mastery of the stunt part of Exotic Pole Dance, both at the height of the pole and at floor level, in the areas: racks, drops, flips, wheels, etc.
Are tricks well-chosen and well executed with clean entry and exit? Were the tricks executed with precision, seamlessly and effortlessly?
Heels technique: Use your heels like they were grown onto your feet.
Points, inside platform, outside platform, stiletto, slope - the heels are your instrument and tool.
Choreography - the Overall performance and presentation 1-10p
All of the above criteria combined into the complexity of the choreography!
Originality: of the idea, complexity of choreographic vocabulary, complexity of musicality, dance pattern, movement, filling of space on stage etc.
Pole tricks: are incorporated in a way as to help develop the concept.
Movement: choices highlight accents and/or beats in music,they also match or intentionally contrast with cadence and crescendos/decrescendos in music.
Balance: is it a balanced routine which refers to the performer’s ability to create a performance that has equal elements of flow, artistry, technique and scandalous effect.
For group category: Interaction between dancers, synchronicity, complexity of duet/group tricks.
Dancers move as a unit rather than individuals, synchronized as one, a mirror image or intentionally contrast to each other’s movements.
Scandal effect, be SCANDALOUS! 0-5p
